I had gone to my bank to get pre- approved for a mortgage to purchase my first home. The bank representative was not very accommodating, I had to work with his schedule. Then when we met he couldn’t answer several of my questions. Walked out confused so I called a friend of mine who referred me to Mary. She quickly called me back and booked a zoom call to answer all my questions, then sent me a link to apply online. The process was so simple and less stressful!
